I joined Iris at the end of December 2020 during the pandemic period and partly through homeworking. It was a complicated period for someone who arrived in a new company. The HuCa (Human Capital) department and my manager established a schedule for my onboarding during which I was able to meet the managers of the other departments as well as the operational teams. It was an intensive first month of meetings, training and site visits, but in the end it was a successful strategy to get to know everyone and to take on new challenges quickly. Everyone welcomed me with kindness and enthusiasm.

With a background of 15 years of experience inhorticulture in the private sector, I started at Iris in 2016 in the position of master builder. After a thorough theoretical and practical training in industrial preservation, today I am rightly proud to be part of our Coating Experts at Iris Industry Solutions. Training at Iris never stops thanks to the daily support we provide to each other as colleagues. In this way, each of us can make full use of our competences at the right place and the right time.
