As part of the further diversification of its activities, Iris has strengthened its expertise with the integration of Technical Building Services (TBS), specialized in HVAC. This acquisition is fully in line with the group's Betterness strategy and strengthens its offer of integrated technical solutions.

- Iris is one of the finalists for the "Enterprise of the Year" award, organized by Ernst & Young.

Iris Industry Solutions is part, commissioned by RWS, of the A12 IJssel bridges renovation project.

Regrouping of 2 main Businesses: Iris Industry Solutions (Mr. Jeroen NEVELSTEEN has been appointed CEO) and Iris Facility Solutions (hard & soft services), under the Holding that Mr. PATRICK JANSSENS van der MAELEN - CEO & Managing Director will continue to lead. - Technical Building Services becomes Iris Technical Services.


2026
Iris is opening a new chapter with the transfer of its Iris Industry Solutions division through a management buyout, supported by the Belgian family-owned group Soudal, and is now focusing entirely on facility management, with the group strengthening its positioning in technical and multi-services, in line with its strategy for sustainable growth.
