It is with great pride that Iris Group announces that Laura Vervecken, our Fleet & Mobility Coordinator, “Mobility Project of the year" won during the Link2Fleet Belgium Forum & Awards 2025.

For several years, Laura has been leading several initiatives that are profoundly changing the way we work in terms of mobility.
One of the most notable projects is the introduction of a assistance QR code in every vehicle in our fleet.
With one simple scan, drivers have immediate access to all useful information in the event of an unexpected situation: emergency procedures, contacts, safety instructions ... available 24 hours a day, in the French and Dutch.

In this short video, Laura explains how this simple but effective solution has made daily fleet operations safer, more transparent and more user-friendly - with the driver at the center.
