Stéphanie Siméon
I joined Iris in 2008 as Operations Administrator with a variety of responsibilities including: billing, clocking employees in and out, building orders and managing medical visits.
After expanding my field, I noticed a significant increase in self-confidence, both in my own skills and in interactions with clients. This not only provided room for personal growth, but also gave me the opportunity to further develop my organizational skills. Later, Iris gave me the opportunity to once again shift my field of expertise. This time to the field of prevention and safety, thanks to additional training.
Thanks to the support and attention of my colleagues, I was able to integrate well into the team and as a result, I feel at home at Iris today.
I would therefore like to thank Iris for the trust she has placed in me over the years.
