Iris Group conducts a thorough evaluation of its CSR policy every year: how socially responsible are we already and what can be improved? We always do this with the help of EcoVadis, the worldwide reference in this field.
At the end of 2022, we achieved a score of 56 out of 100, which is not only an improvement over our previous overall score (52 out of 100), it also earned us a bronze medal!
The EcoVadis rating is based on 21 criteria divided into four main themes: environment, social and human rights, ethics and responsible sourcing. EcoVadis measures companies' policies, actions and results in these areas. The organization relies on standards such as the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact, International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and ISO standards.
Our score of 56 out of 100 confirms Iris Group's commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Our participation also helps measure our performance, define risks and opportunities, further reduce our overall impact and achieve our Betterness goals.
