PROJECT COORDINATOR LANDSCAPING (Flanders & Brussels)

Your Responsibilities :

Operational 

• You ensure the daily management of multiple sites
• You monitor the smooth operation and profitability of the sites
• You organize and follow up on planning, resource allocation, working hours, and team quality
• You respond quickly and effectively to client requests and needs
• You monitor the management, maintenance, and proper use of equipment and site facilities
• You ensure administrative follow-up and project reporting

People management 

• You supervise and follow up on teams on site
• You prepare and adjust team planning when necessary
• You manage unforeseen situations such as absences, illness, or incidents
• You follow up and plan employee training
  You contribute to building a stable, motivated, and loyal team

Quality, safety and environment 

• You ensure the implementation of the quality, health, safety, and environmental management system across sites and projects
• You ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures on the field

Your Profile :

• You have at least 4 years of experience in green space management, horticulture, or landscaping projects, as well as in team supervision and coordination
• You have an excellent knowledge of flower and plant nomenclature
• You possess strong organizational and administrative skills
• You are highly proficient in MS Office
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French
• You ensure quality and results in your work
• You critically assess working methods and improve them
• You understand client needs and translate them into concrete solutions
• You work independently and prioritize effectively
• You handle unexpected situations with flexibility
• You communicate clearly and in a structured way with all stakeholders
