Your Responsibilities:
As Operations Administrator You will report directly to the Operations Manager and your duties will include:
- Administrative follow-up of workers (social documents, correspondence, time records, medical checks)
- Ensure administrative and logistical management of the office (calendar, expense reports, cash, events, meetings, etc.)
- Prepare and follow up on invoicing to customers, including price indexing
- Administrative management of customer files
- Place orders with vendors and oversee approval of invoices by operations staff
- Professional and diplomatic welcome, both by phone and during office visits
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail for traceability and quick processing of registered mail, letters, offers, job applications, ...
- Administrative management of commercial documents (preparation of offers, preparation of tenders, etc.)
Your Talents and Background:
- Diploma specialization in clerical work or accounting
- Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written Dutch and French
- In-depth knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with accounting informatics tools, preferably Agresso
- Quality conscious and accurate
- Service-oriented, team player, stress resistant and flexible
- Proactive, diplomatic, discreet and punctual
