What are your responsibilities?

As Mobility & Procurement Administrator Reporting to the Sustainable Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Mobility Management & Administration

  • Function as the first point of contact for drivers and supporting them daily with their mobility and needs
  • Managing and carefully monitoring vehicle orders (short-term and long-term leasing), claims, fines, fuel cards and charging stations, with careful follow-up
  • Invoices monitor and approve, and Enter data accurately and timely in mobility and fleet management tools
  • Administrative documents (policies, instruction sheets, etc.) up to date and ensure clear and accurate reportings
  • Working closely with the Fleet Coordinator and the backup ensure if needed
  • Promoting sustainable mobility by encouraging innovative initiatives on greening the vehicle fleet and electrification of vehicles

Procurement

  • Technical Support offer to mobile phone users
  • Internal catalogs of products For facility services manage and keep up to date
  • SuppliersFollow up on contracts, manage tenders and relationships with partners maintained

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment

  • The QHSE Policy (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) apply and promote within your department and projects

Your talents and background?

  • You have a higher education diploma of short type or a equivalent experience who makes a difference
  • Dutch and French Master perfectly, both orally and in writing
  • The MS Office tools are second nature to you, and you also have experience with other specific tools related to procurement and/or mobility
  • A first experience in a similar role is a plus, but your enthusiasm and motivation really make the difference
  • Accuracy, discretion, empathy and an analytical mind typeren you
