As a National Accounts Manager, you are the strategic point of contact for our national accounts. You combine strategic vision, financial steering, business development and leadership, with one clear objective: to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance, in line with the values of Iris.
Your responsibilities:
Strategy, Finance & Reporting
- Develop and implement retention strategies for existing national accounts
- Analyze data to optimize operational and commercial efficiency
- Map the commercial potential of clients
- Propose, coordinate and ensure the installation and use of appropriate tracking and reporting systems (customer portal)
- Prepare internal and external reports
- Establish, monitor and manage budgets for national accounts
- Manage, coordinate and optimize the invoicing process and control invoices
Commercial
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with national accounts
- Identify, analyze and understand clients’ needs, objectives and challenges in order to propose appropriate solutions
- Organize and lead operational and commercial follow-up meetings
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Negotiate and close commercial contracts
Stakeholder management
- Develop strong partnerships with operations teams and support services
- Organize and lead follow-up meetings with operations
- Coordinate actions to guarantee and optimize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the commercial team and operations to respond to tenders and deploy effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
