Isabella Nam\u00e8che wants to build on Iris\u2019s existing strengths and expertise while continuing to help the organization evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This ambition is outlined in a roadmap for 2027\u20132030, built around three key principles: simplify, streamline, and grow.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This vision for the future is also closely aligned with \u201cBetterness,\u201d an essential part of Iris\u2019s identity. Our CEO wants to further strengthen this philosophy of continuous improvement, for the benefit of our employees, customers, and all other stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technology and Collaboration as Driving Forces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Data-driven work is one of the main topics discussed in the interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artificial intelligence, IoT sensors, and digital tools offer new opportunities to better tailor our services to the actual needs of buildings, improve the quality of our services, and provide customers with greater transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, Iris is evolving into an organization in which collaboration across different areas of expertise plays an even more central role. By bringing Facilities, Finance, IT, and Sustainability closer together, we are creating a more integrated approach while preserving the specific knowledge and expertise within each field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iris's continued development is also driven by the ambition to streamline internal processes and continuously strengthen operational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Isabella Nam\u00e8che emphasizes the importance of specialized expertise that addresses the specific needs of strategic sectors, including healthcare, industry, and the food sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The long-term goal is clear: to establish Iris as one of the first partners that companies think of when they are looking for professional soft and hard facility management services in Belgium.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
