What are your responsibilities?

As Operations Administrator National Accounts, you will report to the National Accounts Manager and ...

  • Ensure administrative follow-up of workers' schedules and associated work schedules
  • Ensure and coordinate the scheduling of our cleaning staff, together with Operations Leaders and in consultation with customers and partners
  • In addition, you prepare customer invoices in consultation with the accounting department
  • In doing so, you ensure a professional and diplomatic welcome, whether on the phone or during customer visits in order to foster customer-business and business-staff relationships
  • You will also be responsible for accurate imputation of data into computer systems and administrative management of site schedules, processing work performance adv time clocks/ticks

Your talents and background

  • You hold a graduate degree in office work / secretarial work or equivalent experience
  • You have a very good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
  • You have a real passion for administrative tasks that you perform according to priorities
  • You guy perfectly bilingual Dutch/French both orally and in writing
  • You communicate in a clear and concise manner and adapt your message to your interlocutor
  • You deliver conscientious work and constantly strive for quality
  • You are assertive, service-oriented and highly stress-resistant
  • You are proactive, punctual, punctual and discreet
  • You are able to make quick decisions
