What will your responsibilities be?

As an Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day follow-up of operational activities at our clients’ sites.

Your role is essential in ensuring the quality of our services, client satisfaction and the smooth running of operations.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Be one of the main operational points of contact for our clients, ensuring professional, clear and regular communication.
• Monitor operations across the different client sites and ensure that services are delivered in line with expectations, agreed requirements and company standards.
• Pay close attention to client satisfaction, identify potential issues or needs and propose appropriate solutions in collaboration with the Service Manager.
• Carry out regular on-site inspections to check the quality of our services, compliance with procedures and the smooth running of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements and report any issues or areas for improvement.
• Ensure that the equipment and facilities provided are used correctly and with due care.
• Provide regular reporting to the Service Manager regarding site operations, client requests, any difficulties encountered, opportunities for improvement and potential extensions of services.
• Provide support with operational planning, working with the Service Manager and the people responsible for planning to ensure the efficient organisation of interventions and resources.
• Contribute to analysing client needs and be able to prepare and draft commercial quotations for additional services or new requests.
• Follow up on quotations and provide the Service Manager with the necessary information.
• Take responsibility for part of the administrative follow-up related to client sites and services.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services by identifying areas of attention and suggesting opportunities for optimisation.

Your skills and experience

• You have some initial experience in operational coordination, site follow-up, client service or within a construction environment.
• You are comfortable with client contact and place great importance on service quality.
• You enjoy being present on site and closely following the day-to-day progress of operations.
• You have strong organisational skills and are able to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• You are able to quickly identify problems and propose practical solutions.
• You are comfortable with the preparation and follow-up of commercial quotations.
• You are able to communicate in Dutch and have some knowledge of French, or vice versa.
• You have a good command of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
• You are autonomous, structured, proactive and results-oriented.
• You combine a strong client and service orientation with particular attention to quality and operational follow-up.
• You enjoy working collaboratively and are able to communicate effectively with clients, operational teams, planning and the Service Manager.
