Are you an experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a passion for consultative selling and building long-term client relationships?

Your Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager (hunting & farming), you are responsible for the development and growth of your client portfolio.
You build strong, lasting relationships with your clients and ensure flawless follow-up and implementation of contracts.
Thanks to your strategic mindset, you offer tailor-made solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Prospect new clients, create commercial opportunities and actively expand your network

  • Manage and grow existing Key Accounts with a long-term vision

  • Prepare and present convincing, customer-oriented proposals

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales support, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

  • Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of contracts, paying close attention to quality, safety and compliance

Your Talents and Background:

  • You are an entrepreneurial and results-driven professional who takes responsibility for quality and performance

  • You have strong communication and analytical skills

  • You work independently but are also a true team player who encourages collaboration

  • You have a sharp strategic vision and can identify commercial growth opportunities

  • You are familiar with B2B environments, ideally within the cleaning or service sector

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management and business development (B2B)

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or have equivalent experience

  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a very good command of French and English

  • You work efficiently with MS Office and easily use a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
